We proudly provide five personalized membership options with access to a temperature and humidity controlled storage facility that is both secure and accessible. In addition to storing your vehicle, you also have access to luxuries like a loft, a fully stocked wet bar, a wash and detail bay, large smart tv’s and stereo system, all of which can be used as a private event space.


The Garage Milwaukee debuted in 2019 as an exclusive storage facility and club for friends and family of the founders. Now serving the public's vehicles with Paint Correction, Gtechniq Ceramic Coatings, Paint Protection Film, Window Tinting and Luxury Storage with Membership options.

The Garage Milwaukee - Car Storage Packages

NOTE: All pricing is based on individual requests.

Standard Car

STARTING AT $175 PER MONTH

This is our set-and-forget spot option! This spot measures 9’x17′, which includes a 120v outlet per spot with 2 Tesla chargers. We have a 30 amp outlet and a 50 amp outlet available upon request.


Your vehicle is brought in and out up to twice a year. Cars are parked between 2′ and 4′ apart with little or no walking traffic past the vehicle.


This is a 6-month lease.

Standard Motorcycle

STARTING AT $75 PER MONTH

This package involves the same access as our Standard Car package, but features an approximately 4’x8′ spot. There is a 120v outlet per spot. 


This is a 6-month lease.

Unlimited Premium Car

STARTING AT $350 PER MONTH

This package is a full-access car spot! This angled parking spot measures 10’x20′, which includes a 120v outlet per spot with 2 Tesla chargers. We have a 30 amp outlet and a 50 amp outlet available upon request. 


Unlimited access

You have 24/7 access to pulling up to two vehicles in and out of your spot at any time, an individual garage door opener, the code to get into the side door and the garage door, and your own locker. This spot comes with full unlimited access to use the entire space!


This is a 12-month lease.

Unlimited Premium Motorcycle

STARTING AT $200 PER MONTH

This package features the same access as our Unlimited Premium Car package, but the parking space is approximately 4’x8′. There is a 120v outlet per spot.


This is a 6-month lease.

Unlimited Access - No storage

STARTING AT $150 PER MONTH

This membership package gives you all of the Unlimited Premium Car package benefits without the car spot. You have full use of the space 24/7 as described in our Unlimited Premium Car package, just no car spot. You are able to bring in up to two of your own vehicles to wash and detail. You also get use of the pub and loft.


This is a 6-month lease.

Your automobile is our responsibility when it is stored here at The Garage Milwaukee. However, it still remains YOUR car, truck, SUV, or motorcycle, and we most certainly feel it should be easy for you to gain access to at your own discretion. For many of our car storage membership packages, you have your own personal garage door opener, access to the side door at our Waukesha-based storage facility and most importantly, the constant ability to come check on your pride and joy whenever you like.

In-House Car Lift for Detailing Ease

Making use of the detailing equipment available to you here at The Garage Milwaukee, but need an easier way to clean the undercarriage of your pride and joy? We have you covered with our in-house car lift! This in-floor flush full-rise hydraulic vehicle scissor lift is rated for automobiles up to 7,000 pounds, which holds your vehicle up safely and allows you enough room to get under it for a thorough cleaning and inspection. NOTE: You CANNOT use this lift for any fluid changes.

We have a full multi-purpose event space available to our members that gives a distinct uniqueness to your celebration, only found here in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This event space is 4,000 square feet and our team works to accommodate whatever type of event you choose to have with us.

Wash Bay at Your Disposal

Our wash bay is more than just a space to clean your vehicle out during the time it is stored here at The Garage Milwaukee. We have full detailing equipment for you to utilize, which includes a wall-mounted vacuum, a washer and dryer for detailing towels, hose reel and bucket filler, stainless steel sink, countertops, a private locker for storing your automotive tools, and a wide range of touchless car washing equipment that helps you make a difference in keeping your vehicle clean while it is stored.

Our loft has a full wet bar at your disposal, along with WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and above all else, an automobile ambiance that our local car enthusiasts cannot get enough of. Remember - With The Garage Milwaukee, you can also simply access our loft with the Unlimited Use and Access package.
